Getting Ready...
With just the weekend and a spare day before I take to the skies and start my adventure, I am starting to feel the pressure of finishing up some of my last bits of work. More realistically, I am really getting to some good procrastination, which is how I came across a new video that is setting my expectations a little high for my flight. Why didn't I book on Finnish Air?
Let's be honest though - those Finnish girls are good, but they've got nothing on the real thing.

What I Will Talk About In India
Considering there is about a week before I land in Delhi, I thought it might be a good idea to start doing some prep work for my arrival. Instead, with the help of Google, I have discovered some helpful advice for people in the opposite situation:
http://articles.timesofindia.indiatimes.com/2011-06-17/jessica-kumar/29669415_1_religion-americans-politics
Some simple reverse engineering on this article suggests that while I am in India, I should expect to speak almost exclusively of money, politics and religion. Then again, considering that my Sustainable Development class has been described as focusing on "political history and economy and religious systems" my logic might not be that far off.
The second best thing about this article is that it led me to this article from 2006 about Americans, which comments on the humor of Jay Leno and George W Bush: http://articles.timesofindia.indiatimes.com/2006-08-14/india/27788369_1_americans-indian-outsourcing-indian-companies
Also important is the article's description of dog meeting camel.
